This American IPA is simple—a little crystal malt for color and maltiness, and a bunch of Citra hops. It’s simple but not simplistic. Look for a quaffable, relatively dry beer with a pleasant, refreshingly sharp, lemony hoppiness over enough malt and fruitiness to keep it interesting and a nice floral nose. Each sip will give you that twinge of nostalgia for the simpler times of 90s.
We were lying on the grass Thursday morning of last week, indulging in our selfish treat. Our malt was thuggish, all laced and bugged, twisted, wrong, and beat; a comfortable two feet deep.
Then the fuzzy tear from not being near a morning brewing beer inspired our brewerly inventive cheer. And of course, you can’t become if you only say that you’re worth as run. And we’re not only among but invite who we want to come.
So we missed a million miles of fun. If, that is, you steal my sunshine.
